The Sylvania Athletic Hall of Fame honorees will be recognized October 29th during half time of the Northview vs. Southview football game and on Saturday at a formal reception at Central Park West. Tickets for the reception at Central Park West are now available for purchase by calling the Athletic Foundation office at 419-824-8656. Drumming up the Olympics spirit, the members participate in a Sports Festival, testing their skills at archery, badminton, table tennis and soccer. Out to disprove their low-quality sportsmen image, the members play their A-games. Watch them play against seasoned players, Olympians Yi Eungyeong (archery), Kim Dongmun (badminton), An Jaehyeong (pingpong) and Korea’s All-star women’s soccer team, with Seo Jeongweon as their soccer coach.
