A very effective way to secure a college tennis (or any sport) scholarship is to use a recruiting video or DVD. We can create a video for you to send to coaches that will show close-ups from various angles as well as game or match performance. We have created many of these videos and have spoken with many college coaches to find out what they would like to see when they receive a video or DVD.

Lannie Ferguson, South African barefoot tennis sensation and distant cousin to distance runner Zola Budd, demonstrates his backhand slice technique as part of a recruiting video sent to American college coaches. Lannie, who began playing barefoot tennis on grass, has built the calluses on the bottom of his feet to the point where he feels prepared to train and compete on hard courts in the US. He extols the virtues of playing without shoes and socks, claiming that it promotes a more natural movement on the court that reduces foot fatigue and injuries in the lower extremities. It also helps prevent toenail fungus.

Hello, my name is Chris Salvatore. I am currently a senior at Brophy College Preparatory.
